Ronnie was charged with having child pornagraphy on his computer. His wife was seeing someone else and found the pictures on his computer. The pictures were downloaded and put on Ronnie’s computer by the guy his wife’s boyfriend. The computer was not password protected. We had to hire an expert to tell the prosecutor that when the pictures were downloaded Ronnie was not living in the house but the boyfriend was. The prosecutor dismissed charges after we set the matter for trial.
