Murder charge in Thurston County.
James was accused of killing his best friend that he was staying with at the time. The wife of the deceased was an eye witness against my client. After proving that the wife was lying about James murdering her husband the State was willing to reduce the charge to Manslaughter. James was very happy with this result.
