Juan was charged with having intercourse with his girlfriends daughter who was less than 12 years old. We interview the girl and were able to get her to admit that she lied. She was abused by another man. The prosecutor agreed and dismissed the rape charges. Juan was looking at his natural life in prison. Instead he got time served when he plead guilty to a gross misdemeanor non sex offense.
