Greg was charged with a class A felony that would result in a life sentence. This charge was also a most serious offense and it was Greg’s second most serious sex offense. He was looking at life without the possibility of parole. After interviewing the alleged victim and her other and catching the prosecutor in some mis-statements I was able to get the charges dismissed.
