William F. Attempted First Degree Robbery while armed with a deadly weapon and Second Degree Robbery

Business Corporation

William was unjustly accused of committing these crimes.  I interviewed a codefendant who had plead guilty and brought him back from prison to testify on the behalf of William.  I also interviewed the alleged victim who said the he was a blackbelt in Karate and was not afraid of my client.  He said he was mistaken about seeing a gun.  The prosecutor wanted a trial.  He was shocked when the verdict came back not guilty on both counts.
