David was charge with one of the worst crimes a person could face. Rape. Unfortunately David had multiple felonies on his record that included two prior “most serious offense” or strikes. If convicted David would be looking at like without the possibility of parole. He would spend the rest of his life as a sex offender in prison. This was unacceptable to us. After interviewing the alleged victim and her sister and after locating video from a downtown store we were able to get the State to drop the Rape allegation.
