Justin was charged with Rape in the Second Degree. Justin had no criminal history. The alleged victim said she drank too much and when she passed out Justin had sex with her. We were able to get video from the bars in question which showed that the alleged victim was not being truthful. Later we were able to get phone records after the sex which proved that the sex was consensual. We got the charges reduced to gross misdemeanors and then charges were dismissed.
