Scott was charged with assaulting his wife with a firearm. He was scared and felt that no one was fighting for him. His wife had an affair on Scott and he found out about it. Scott was a veteran and was suffering from PTSD. After we convinced his wife to help us we were able to convince the State to let Scott enter Veteran’s Court. He was successful and all charges were dropped.
