Sonny was falsely accused of rape by a young lady who thought Sonny took her drugs. Sonny fell asleep in her home and found himself in her bed with her boyfriend. He woke up confused and said he was sorry and walked home. He was arrested a spent almost a year in jail awaiting trial. We were able to find people who were at the party and who arrived after the so called rape and they testified that the young lady was being untruthful. Still the young lady was young and pretty and it was Sonny’s Third Strike. The jury came back and said not guilty. Great day for Justice.
